In 2021 when the entire world went into turmoil and thousands of people lost their jobs and income which families were dependent on, was the birth of Arivu Recruitment and Consulting. We felt that we needed to do something to help people find jobs to sustain their financial predicaments and to empower them with skills that were required amidst the uncertainty and financial crisis that the world was experiencing. Since we have many years of business experience we started assisting small business with strategies to keep afloat and sustain their businesses during the COVID economic downturn. Our passion for empowerment and skills development inspired us to offer skilled tech and other Virtual Assistants to assist companies downsizing but still needed work to be done. As remote work gained prominence in 2022, we seized the opportunity to extend our services to global markets.
